I'm Álvaro, and I have been helping international students find their home in Alicante for over 20 years. Roomaways was born from my passion for hospitality and my commitment to offering quality accommodation.
My story
It all started over two decades ago, when I began hosting the first Erasmus students arriving in Alicante. What started as a one-off activity became my vocation: helping young people from around the world feel at home during their stay in Spain.
Over the years, I have hosted more than 3,000 students from dozens of different nationalities. Each of them has taught me something new and enriched my experience.
Roomaways is the result of everything I have learned: a platform designed to make the process of searching and booking a room simple, transparent, and secure.

All the properties are mine. I know them, I take care of them, and I keep them in perfect condition. I'm not an intermediary — I'm the owner.

I'm in Alicante and available to resolve any question or issue. I assist you in Spanish, English, and Italian.
